Shipping Policy

All our jewellery is handmade by me. We ask 3-4 days for processing all ready to wear items. We carefully package and wrap your jewellery.

We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destinations customs department. We can not guarantee shipping times, please contact us at ppopatjewellery@gmail.com if you require more information.

Return & Exchange Policy

We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any Commissions or Made to Order pieces back. All jewellery pieces are non-refundable.
